A seasoned psychologist and psychotherapist, I have an extensive experience in cross-cultural psychology, working with individuals from various cultures and nationalities. I use a holistic approach grounded in analytical psychology (deep psychology) and spiritual practices to guide you through a profound and personalized journey of self-knowledge and healing.

 

Drawing from a rich tapestry of methodologies, including EMDR, Cultural Biology, BioPsychology, Yoga and Mindfulness practices, Dream Work, Mandalas, Flower Remedies, Calatony, Systemic Constellations and Ayurvedic Medicine, I will help you embark on a transformative journey towards a more fulfilling and authentic life, connecting with your Authentic Self.

Who I am

Why are we the way we are and why do we behave the way we behave? How do we form beliefs about the world and ourselves? Where do our fears and feelings come from? Why do we repeat patterns of behavior and relationships? Why do we create certain relationship dynamics? 

There are many questions that led me to study psychology and provoked my desire to understand more about what drives human beings, how we are structured, how we develop and how we act in the world. And of course, in addition to the questions, the search for tools that help us access our essence, keep us connected with it and facilitate the transformation of behavior patterns and the suffering that afflicts the soul.

Since the beginning of my career, I have been nourished by sources and methodologies within the field of psychology, philosophy, spirituality, quantum physics, yoga and meditation.

The foundations of my work

I start from the premise that the human body is complete and intelligent. It has the ability to heal itself and when it gets sick, it's a way of communicating what's out of balance. 

 

Many of the imbalances, illnesses and ailments we suffer are born and nourished by our belief system and perceptions about the world, others and ourselves. Beliefs and perceptions that are the raw material for creating the narratives we keep about ourselves and our history.


And the healing process happens when we become aware of all this and are able to change our beliefs and perceptions that are generating the symptoms, illnesses or unwanted behavior patterns. 

Our belief system is like a lens that filters everything we perceive and therefore tends to reinforce our beliefs about the world. .  These lenses are constructed from our beliefs, culture and experiences. 

The therapeutic process aims to bring to consciousness how our lenses work (the unconscious) and from there integrate, expand and transform them. And it is from this transformation that healing and changes in behavior and attitudes in the world become possible.

My role as a therapist is to create space and facilitate this process with techniques, questions, reflections and provocations that broaden access to your unconscious,  creating bridges and integrating its contests to your consciousness. But more than anything, I offer my glance, a glance without judgment or preconceptions that allows you to see yourself from a new perspective.

Deep Psychology

Basis of my work, in depth psychotherapy we explore together the roots of beliefs, patterns of behavior and relationships, emotions behind the current issues brought up by the client. 

 

The purpose of the psychotherapy I offer is to explore the deepest layers of the psyche and discover together tools and practices that promote self-knowledge for personal transformation, aiming at the process of individuation, which means fully developing your unique personality, integrating the various parts of yourself to be and express your essence. During our work, we also seek to integrate body, mind and spirit.

Jungian Analysis

Jungian analysis, also known as analytical psychology, is a psychological approach developed by Swiss psychiatrist Carl Gustav Jung. 

 

It understands the human psyche comprehensively, considering the conscious, the personal unconscious and the collective unconscious as the structure of the human psyche.  From there, the process of analysis consists of understanding the relationship between these structures, identifying and making complexes conscious and understanding the unconscious language, through its symbols and archetypes, in order to make the different parts of ourselves increasingly conscious and integrated, with a view to the process of individuation. 

 

The process of individuation is the process of consciously integrating the contents of the unconscious to achieve psychological balance and a deeper sense of self in order to become the unique person one is destined to be.

 

Each Jungian analysis process is a unique, complex and a rich journey that explores the individual world of each client, bringing a great deal of clarity, self-knowledge and personal development.

Systemic Constellations

Systemic Constellations, based on Bert Hellinger's work, is a therapeutic approach that explores the hidden dynamics within families and other systems to bring about healing and resolution. Bert Hellinger, a German psychotherapist, developed this method by drawing inspiration from various sources, including family therapy, existential phenomenology, and traditional indigenous wisdom.

 

At its core, Systemic Constellations operate on the premise that families and other social systems are interconnected and operate under certain hidden orders. According to Hellinger, individuals are deeply influenced by their family's history, unresolved issues, and unspoken dynamics. These influences can manifest in various ways, impacting relationships, health, and overall well-being.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapeutic approach that was originally developed by Francine Shapiro in the late 1980s. It is primarily used to help people who have experienced traumatic events or experiences and struggle with the emotional distress associated with these experiences.

 

The central premise of EMDR is that disturbing memories have not been processed properly and become charged with energy and surrounded by self-limiting negative beliefs, being activated by experiences in the present, and therefore contributing to current emotional suffering. 

 

The aim of the therapy is to help people process and desensitize these memories and transform the negative beliefs associated with them, so that they are no longer active and are triggered by experiences in the present.

Flower Remedy Therapy

Flower remedy therapy is a complementary medicine approach that uses flower extracts to promote emotional, mental and spiritual balance. This practice was developed by British doctor Edward Bach in the 1930s.

 

The fundamental idea behind flower remedy therapy is that emotional and mental imbalances can lead to physical illness and that restoring emotional balance can help with healing. 

 

In flower remedy therapy, the client receives a flower remedy formula made for them, with a combination of flower remedies that act on the symptoms presented. The flower remedies act through the subtle energies or vibrations of the flowers, which, according to Dr. Bach's research and general experience, have a positive impact on the emotional state and therefore the general health of the client.

 

Bach florals are perhaps the best known, but there are other systems of flower remedy therapy too. I work with the Bach system and Saint Germain's Flower remedies. I use them as a complement to other therapeutic processes.

Passing through the family constellation experience with you, Narjara, was a watershed for me. I never imagined it would be as unusual as it was! That opened my vision to family issues that I unconsciously didn't want to look at. It was the first step that marked this cycle of my life. The family constellation! Now I begin to see the effects of my past choices. Now I learn to be lighter, forgiving and forgiving myself. Ready to take off, I see how we expand when we constellate!
